And to top it off, the man is moron enough to deny having done it. This is the easiest collar possible.

So, despite all the signs around that say "Surveillance cameras in use", this idiot socks a Wally World Greeter (who is probably only doing the job to supplement his income to cover prescription costs) and then denies it? Obviously the guy was drunk, drugged up, or is off his meds, none of which excuses his actions in my book. I hope he gets the maximum sentence.

"Surveillance cameras in use", Every Wally World I have gone to has the front door security camera on a TV screen right in front of you. Most likely this guy saw himself do it on the screen in front of him.

For booting up cold, what they hell was wrong with this guy that he felt the need to beat up an old man?

Still, I wouldn't be surprised to hear some manager apologizing to the public for the way the Greater acted though.

This ranks on the Nasty-O-Meter right up there with the incident recently where a guy attacked a Salvation Army bellringer (who was an unemployed woman to boot) AND stole her donation kettle which had quite a bit of money in it. He was arrested, but the kettle was found empty and the money wasn't recovered. The final touch is that he said he did it because he hated Christmas.

I am speechless! The Wal-Mart greeters are some of the nicest people out there.I will never forget getting smiley face stickers from them as a kid or the time I went to Wal-Mart when it was raining, and the greeter gave me a plastic bag for my wet umbrella. I really give props to the senior citizens who have to work to supplement their Social Security or want to work to keep themselves active as well as the mentally challenged people who do the same.
