An update on this one...
The store to the East of the pictured cart has been closed for some time now. The actual Sav-a-lot that it came from is about 18 blocks North of the closed Wheeler Ave. bridge. These are more than likely the same custys who can't walk 20 feet to put back an unwanted store item.
