This is a Target endcap/sidecap. The two almost never have any relation. The endcap looks like a beer promotion. The sidecap probably is more related to the products down the aisle--which is probably a cracker or baking goods aisle.

@Hellbound Alleee, yep it is Target. I don't know about Targets everywhere, but I see teas in the photo and at my local Target the tea and coffee share the aisle with baking supplies.
