I hate how these training videos always make it look so easy, all you do is walk up say "hi, let me suggest xyz" and the crusty is so AMAZED they buy it all.
When in Reality we all know it is not that easy.

All I can think when I watch this is "Why would anyone buy cheap crap from Pier 1 when they could go to The Salvation Army and buy something that is really probably a valuable antique that some idiot who replaced all their furniture with Pier 1 or Ikea crap donated?"
