Oh, gee. I know these people. In my experience, they also tend to be BFF's with the managers, who don't believe you when you speak up and tell said manager that these employees aren't pulling their weight :P Been forced to leave several jobs because of people like this...

Every single person in management in my company. Not only are they like that every house manager physically resembles and is good friends with the manager above them, who is the one that promoted them. So irritating.
