From Huff Po: When Pastor Alois Bell wrote a rude note along with a zero tip on her receipt at Applebee's, she didn't know her callousness would become a viral sensation. Her first response: get the waitress who posted the receipt (and if possible, everyone she works with) fired. After that, she tried apologizing... sort of. Neither response has won the St. Louis minister any fans.
