From World of Wonder: Japanese bistro Fab Cafe has posted a kind of wonderful service where you can recreate yourself as an edible Gummy Bear. And, seriously, who hasn’t at one time or another dreamed of that? The two-part conversion process involves first making a full 3D body scan, then a mould. Surprisingly, not a lengthy process. The product will set you back 6,000 yen, which sounds like a lot but is only $62.12. But the human Gummy Bears are being offered only in Japan (a major disappointment for the US bear community), to celebrate Japan’s White Day, a kind of Valentine’s Day. (via Fab Cafe)

I believe there is already a Bear community in the US and I'm certain it has nothing to do with gummis. Also why is this even a thing?
