So I have a few stories to tell you, well two at the beginning of posting, perhaps more.
This first one is my first close as a manager. Now, the night didn't go perfectly as planned. We were quite busy and I locked myself out of the office and I had no keys. So about half an hour later I decided to take my break while I had a chance.
Then HE called.
I will refer to him as Voldemort, just because I like the name. :D Plus he was horrible. Probably putting some retail curse on me.
Anyways he was swearing alot but I'll edit that out for you guys. Just add in f**ks wherever you please , because that seems to be what he was doing.
V: " Hi I just came through the drive thru and you guys forgot my Meal with the rest of my familys order.. "
Me: "Oh I'm very sorry about that--"
V: "Well I want you to deliver the meal to me."
Me: "I'm sorry sir, but we don't do that."
And he just goes on about he was in a cab and spent all this money and that he has very little money to spend (THEN WHY BUY FAST FOOD) and that he would have to go to a convienence store or somewhere else while he watches his family eat.
So I told him our store policy is that if they can come back that evening we can give them their food free of charge, or we can send out coupons, which usually happens on Tuesdays.
And then Voldemort went crazy. He just started swearing left, right and center, he then said, "I'm coming back and I want my food and a refund."
I was like, "Okay sir, see you then."
Now that was ten minutes of hell.
And he calls back five minutes later, saying that he wasn't wasting more of his time, and wanted his frigging coupons with his name on them in the office for him to pick up. So I called my head manager in tears asking him where the coupons are in the office. But this guy was horrible.
I left the coupons in the office, but he never showed! The icing on the cake with this guy, he's like sorry I'm being an asshole and whatnot....
AFTER TWENTY MINUTES OF SWEARING HIS HEAD OFF AT ME. Okay buddy.
My other rant:
Do you ever have those days where you are so pissed off with your crew that you enjoy talking to CUSTOMERS then crew? That's when you know your slammed and having a horrible night.
