This was just posted to Reddit. A normal Barilla sale? Or a sign of what's going to happen for them? If they loose corporate support here in America, it will definitely dent their business. Getting space on grocery store shelves here is hard enough and Guido had a TON of it at one time. It will be interesting to see what happens in the coming days. Will some stores stop carrying Barilla completely? They will most definitely need to cut their orders because A LOT of people have stopped buying it. Barilla will still have sales, but how many? Maybe Guido can strike up a deal with one of the Dollar Stores? Maybe they won't want him out of principle? How will Europe and his own country see Barilla in the future. What will the famous Pasta's fate be? Really sad, actually. So many people I know loved this pasta.
