Once when I was in the Big Red Star department store looking around the hosiery department, some baby boomer approached me. She broke into a hellacious diatribe about how she couldn't find anything she came in for and where the hell have I been and she was trying to find The Help for half an hour.
I let her bitch and moan, then gave her my best mischievous grin before stating, "You know what lady? I really don't give a good goddamn. I don't work here."
The look on her face was priceless.
Just what is going on with the baby boomers and their sense of entitlement? Personally, I have found the teenagers who shop my store to be (generally) very sweet. The boomers seem to think it's your job to be abused by them.
