Been in that same type of workplace for close to six years now. Everyone forgets that there are other customers who place orders to. The sentence "A failure to plan on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine" is often heard in our department. I've been yelled at so many times for similar situations as this, they walk out threatening to go to our competitors...I see them most of the time slinking back inside later that day once they realize that our competitors are more expensive and have longer turn times then us.


OMFG! That sounds a lot like me and my ex-wife. One of the reasons she's my ex, actually. I swear to the Gods, she was bloody sane when we were dating
