Retail Hell Underground Blog is for anyone in working in retail or a customer service related position who wants to rant, tell their story, blow off steam or just have a chuckle about the insanity of working in the 10th Circle of Hell!

Here on the Underground we our forced to keep our identities hidden to protect ourselves from Corporate Droid Retaliation. Plenty of Slaves have lost their jobs or posting the truth on line.

RHU is dedicated to those working on the other side of the counter and giving them a place to tell their story. This the place where the Custy is not always right. The place where where the truth is revealed about what's happening today all over the world in the service industry. On RHU we say what we want to say!

I'm hiding out here deep underground on the net with my Carolanne and Jason. We wear our skully masks to say whatever we want! Take on your own secret identity and join in on the ranting!

I worked in retail for over 20 years and and on the sidebar is my funny memoir Retail Hell. We all have retail stories to tell and these are mine from "The Big Fancy" department store!
