I see 5 seconds before someone cuts the balloons off. We had ballons on signs out front and gave up after replacing them 6 times. i cought the last one with his pocket knife still in his hands. His excuse was 'um my daughter wanted them'. I pointed out had he asked i would have given her one inside.
