From Akira71: I took this at a family restaurant in Beijing.. I wasn't really sure if I should enter or not so I actually asked. They said it was the bathroom.. when you go inside it had a joint hand washing area then the stalls where back to back with men on one side and women the other side. Technically I guess you can look over.. Does the sign encourage that? Or Warn for it?
