Would have been better if the surname was De'Ath (and yes this is a real name, fairly upper class, English or possibly Belgian, various origins proposed but does have a coat of arms dating from 1100's for Deth also spelled De'Ath)
I read a legal humor blog that has a section on comical case names. My favorite is the last one: Death vs. Graves, where the plaintiff, one Alan Death, was hit by another vehicle while riding his motorcycle.

Here in Buffalo we have Amigone Funeral Homes. Yes, that is pronounced "Am I Gone"
I had a friend joke that he was going to set up a cemetery who only did business with Amigone and name it "Yesyouare"
