Who determines the "older person" age? Is it the standard 65? Or some places accept 55. Heck, I look back at my youth and go "Goddamned that was 15 years ago??? I feel as though that was just yesterday!" at my ripe "old" age of 30. Can I park there because I feel old?

Hell, the AARP says you're eligible for membership at 50, IIRC.
