I used to work at the customer service desk at a big box electronics retailer. All we sold was electronics (basically). During this part of my job, I'd handle returns, answer questions and all phone calls directed to me.
This phone call would happen on a daily basis:
Me: Hello, thank you for calling [store], this is faithamor1337, where may I direct your call?
Customer: Electronics, please.
Me: This is an electronics store, can you be more specific?
Me: All we sell is electronics. Which product do you need help with today?
Customer: Just electronics is fine, please.
Me: Okay. [transfers them to random department after dealing with this for a few weeks]
