"Sufficient" doesn't mean 'comfortable'. That looks smaller than a stall, and most people would have to sidle into it. The tiles on the wall are probably six inch, which makes the ones on the floor 8, which m,eans the whole thing is about 22" wide. A door that size would be uncomfortable to walk through.
