Physics is not their fault. The only reason those wet floor signs exist is because people are stupid. Yeah, it sucks that you fell. I'm even willing to believe you actually hurt yourself. But it's not their fault.

Odds are this happened in Canada. So free health care. If they offered to pay for physio what more can you ask for? NOTHING.
